Here's a quick note from Yvonne, on the road. Most recently, Yvonne was in Saskatoon teaching workshops at the John Arcand Fiddle Fest in Saskatoon.

 

This is a picture of some of my students and JJ Guy our amazing fiddler at the last workshop at John Arcand Fiddle Fest. Thanks to Daniel Gervais who also played for us.

 

 

The cultural camp was also a great success. We danced the Drops of Brandy, Duck Dance and Reel of 8 and I did my first oral tradition workshop. The competition was exciting with excellent jiggers ! The dances on Friday and Saturday night were so fun and I danced to almost every song !
